There are some basic admission requirements for applicants:
Covering letter addressed to the Dean
Secondary Education Diploma or Diploma of a suitable level
Proficiency test in mathematics
Test of Russian as Foreign language
Invitation from Moscow State University
Medical certificate including AIDS test

If you do not know Russian or your mathematical preparation is insufficient you are welcome to take a 1-year preparatory course of the language or mathematics at the Center for International Education of MSU.
